Easy run on mile 8 of tomorrows course
Had to jump a locked fence to do this .
Strange to only go 1 mile and turn around . Just feel like i was starting to warm up.

Good Marathon Pace practice its nice to run on firm even ground after last two days on trail
Effort was confortably aerobic . Aware of pace but focusing on finding the "zone"
HR probably at 140-145 did not bother wearing Polar as I was not going to push today .

PR the distance The course was changed a little with the second uphill section later in the course than last year, great course support . Nice race , very pleasant weather
I did not feel too warm like i thought i might. Looking forward to sitting my legs in the hot tub and drinking a few brews to celebrate. :)
