Z2 run
Gaiam's PM Yoga
Had leave today, took care of a bunch of stuff around the house, then hopped on the treddy for a quickie-like run. Did yoga afterword to stretch and mellow out. Felt great! Robbie is stopping at Noodles & Company and getting my my fave: pesto cavatapi with tofu. I just snacked on a Kashi chewy granola bar and some roasted garlic bagel chips. That should tide me over.

PR!
Fabulous time racing for Team BT - Red at the Jingle All The Way 10K. PR'd by 3:34 (Old PR was 52:36). Finished very strong at the end. Extremely happy with pacing. Not sure of our team placement or who won the BT challenge. I'm sure we'll know by the end of the day.
RR is now up!
My time was somehow placed in the "unknown runners" portion of the results! The good news is that it was enough for Team BT - Red to win the official competition!!!!!!
