Race report is up
I took Fitphd's advice and took over a plane! Good call. Either way I got to Florida, got my bike and did the race. This was NOT a good show for me, but the race was fun. I'll post a race report later. Race time was 2:31, but the course was short on both the run and the bike.
Reasons I think it wasn't a good performance:
UNDER TRAINED, to much work, not enough working out
Not feeling really good
Rented a bike and it was not setup correctly
Not near enough sleep
