Ok, I am going to come clean. I did something very very stupid. If you will look back at an earlier workout this week, you will notice that I did a pretty good day with the chest. Well, this is the first time in 6 months that I have even worked the chest, so, as you probably figured out, I can't lift my arms above my head! NOW WHAT?! Of all the weeks to start feeling like getting buffed, why pick the very week that I have my first Oly Tri? Why not wait a week? I want to do the Oly, but am feeling like I would be lucky just to finish the sprint swim. I hate to drop down, but I am feeling like that is the only way to counter act the stupidity which I suffer from. What do you guys/gals think? Do I sprint, and maybe compete? Or do I drown trying to swim a mile with a sore chest and sore arms? I am such a dillhole!

Nice easy run tonight. I really needed to get out running more, but I guess I just live with what I've done. 4 Days to SGTRI!

Holy Crap....where did that come from? Anyways...Going to attempt planned training this week leading up to the race, and also planning a big OWS on Thursday, to ease the OWS jitters! Hope it works.

BTW, I chickened out and did the Sprint. And you know, I don't feel too bad about it!
