Trail run.
Tried the new wetsuit last night in the pool. Everybody thought I was nuts. (I am). Works great. Nice arm mov't and. Warm I'll tell you that. Glad Dave told me to watch the turns as you carry a lot more speed into the wall. Did 400yds or so. Then had to get out of the 85 degree water. Good run this morning with Yoshi. She was happy with her run. She has been a little frustrated. So it was good to see her a little enthusiatic to run. Out to Hopewell and back
Tried the new wetsuit. Nice, it does bunch at the elbows a little. Gotta watch in the pool as you come into the wall faster then you think. Good floation.
What a day. So nice to be out of tights, long gloves, jacket and toe covers.

Cool with some head winds. Little misty rain on west side. Slow over all.
Had a nice ride this morning. Back is aching a little. It feels good to be able to pedal up some of those grades. Slow day around the house. Willie has a lots of homework and paper due.
I got my new Xterra Vortex wetsuit. Look out mooseman. Fits nice. Being a shorter fat guy fit is always a problem. Gotta wait a little till the lake warms a little.
