NEW PR! Beat my old 2005 Gobbler Grind time of 1:44:35
by 1:25!

Great run, super temp, new race directors had Turtle Shells every where (didn't need one this year!), great race packet - shirt, hat, and H20 bottle!

I really started to hurt at mile 7. The furthest I was away from my Garmin pacer was 1/4 mile and the closest the pacer was to me was 336', which was on the Broadway Hill! My pacer was set for 7:55 miles. Somehow I managed to get me groove back in time to attack the Broadway climb and finish with pride....

Total vertical climb = 3,346'
Shawnee Mission Park's TRI run coarse is flat compared to this!

Official Race Results have me @ 1:43:10 for 13.1, 7:53 a mile.

The motion Based time minuse the 14th lap time of 2:33 matches the official race time.

Woke up with chest congestion this morning, guess it didn't hurt me to much?
