BRICK: Bike/Run New bike shorts felt very comfy. 48 oz of iced gatorade is not quite enough for this long of a ride
BRICK: Bike/Run. Splits were 9:07, 9:02, 9:55, and 11:02. Stomach was really feeling rotten by the end.
just felt drained today. The fast 25's didn't help, but I was tired from warm up on.

Saguaro 8 mile run. Estimated HR since my good HRM is still on the blink. RACE: Splits 8:58 (congested), 7:38 (steep downhill), 9:02, 9:08 (goal pace), 11:05 (big hill), 8:22, 9:17 (feeling tired), 8:22 (push hard) 6:33 (seeing the finish line adrenaline). Massage after the race. Sore quads the next day.
