everything is a bit sore today, feels like I have been doing ST!
worked hard this week on nutrition and doing morning ST to weigh in the same I did last Friday. A bit frustrating but considering I hit Monday at 210 I'll take it.
I slipped up a bit tonight at the high school football game. I am a popcorn addict!!

I dont have weights and dont belong to a gym so I am doing ST with resistance bands. Seems amazing that done right this really works out the muscles.

Got a little walking in last night. Feeling quite a bit better today. Still no way I could run. Might spend some time on trainner just to lossen up the legs some tonight.
hhmmm.... 3:00 PM and I just realized the Coeur d' Alene Race for the Cure is Sunday. I am feeling good enough today I am seriously considering going and popping off a 5K Sunday. Think I got a PR in me....
Going to start shooting for 2400 calories per day, 50% carbs/ 30% Protien/ 20% fats.
