Question -does tapering cause clumsiness????Anybody??? In the last 48 hours I have managed to just completely beat and bruise myself to a pulp -WTF. First standing up to quickly in the women's room and smacking my head into a towel dispenser (big ol lump on the noggin) -this morning, just kicking out my little run and what!?! Airborne over a speed bump landing on my right thigh and hip sliding for a good 1-2 feet requiring the digging out of pebbles on my thigh. Bruised from knee to hip w/ road rash. Did I mention stubbing my toe on the metal corner of the bed ripping the toenail half off? I'm thinking I should just lock mysefl up in the house unitl race day or I may not get there in one peice -sheeeshhh! Hope everyone else is haveing a much better day!
