Yay! I talked with Michellie Jones last night before the carbo pre-race dinner. Also said hi to Lisa Bentley. Simon Lessing, Tim DeBoom and Bjorn Anderson were also there. :) Anybody interested in running for Michellie, she's looking for a runner since she can't run. She torned her calf at the Cancun 70.3 two weeks ago. Doh!

On some parts of the bike course. Ohhh windy wind and hilly hilly! Gotta fix the bike...
The house we're renting is awesome. Nothing bad to report about the trip. Only thing, I suspect a spoke is a little bended on my carbon race wheels. :(
Ride this morning on the race course and then drive around town, expo and carbo load dinner.

Partial run with the club. After 20 minutes I headed back alone. Felt ok. Little aches here and there. The run felt slow, there's lots of newbies so coach was trying to be gentle with them. Tried to save my energy for Sunday!
So much to do with so little time... Doh. Austin here we come!
Tonight after work is a run with the club, granny and then some more packing. Tomorrow = 3h 1\2 drive to Burlington, VT and then fly to Austin.

Swim with the club. Lots of new people. Not a lot of already-triathlete though, except one woman. She races pro, done Louisville this year and is headed for IM Florida.
I'll try to brick the swim with a run before work. Massage at 4. I hope he doesn't destroy me. :)

Didn't drink (or serve) beer yesterday at the football game. Had the best job ever (except the damn wind). In front of a row, I had to help people get to their seats when they didn't know where to go. Then, I went to swim since I was already at the University. Tried my new Speedo Vanquish goggles. Water tight, for now. :)
Today is : try to nap at lunch, tri club meeting for the season start at 6 (heh, can I finish mine before their starts!). Not sure training will be possible due to time and body constraints.
