I did some light stretching last night focusing on hamstrings. Wore "the sock" again last night. Both feet fine this morning, getting a bit of stuffiness, but feel good and ready to race tomorrow!
It's smackdown time! ...and the weather is cooperating...

Slept with Strassburg Sock on right foot, which has been bothered by plantar fasciitis. My foot felt much better in the morning; no morning heel pain. However, I woke with pain on the outer edge of my left foot!?
Getting some chest congestion. Oh perfect, just in time... Plan to go to sleep at kid's bedtime, 8:15 pm.

3:25:45 - PR by 22 minutes and 32/119 in M35-39.
I ran a 1:38 front half and held 7:30/mi through mile 17. Then the wheels fell off. Holding BQ pace was just too demanding. I can't say that I didn't try... It was just too much effort to sustain for a whole marathon. The last hour was the toughest run of my life... I could hardly stand at the finish...
