The Last Long Run.
I left from the Roswell Rec and did a Tour de Roswell. I did this run faster because I wanted to test out my race pace for the marathon. I think I'm going to run 8:20-8:30 per mile for the first 20 miles and then I'll take what I can put out for the next 5 miles of uphills. It seems odd to plan a positive split, but I don't see holding a strong pace up those hills. I guess I'll know in three weeks if this was foolish.
Rode to the elementary school to pick up Annika.

I ran a half marathon around roswell to get the juices flowing. McMillan puts me at 3:38 for my marathon with this time. It wasn't an all out effort, but it was a strong effort. I can't see myself holding 8:15 per mile for 26.2 miles. Maybe I need to HTFU.
Dinner:
Beef Wieners with Pom Frites and a tomato sauce.
Steph won't be home for dinner so the girls and I will feast on Oscar Meyer.
