HA actually went away while running although in general I felt like pooh. Slightly improved post run

AM surgery, bring land rover to Tampa, payroll step 2, office hours, go to verizon to straighten out phone mess #265, clinic at southern.   Somewhere in there I'm going to try to make up the run I didn't manage yesterday due to having to go do emergency surgery last night.  In the 3.5 years of tri training thats the first time I've had to abandon a workout so thats pretty good. 

My TMJ is all jacked up again.  Can't chew more than scrabbled eggs.  Guess its a good weight loss plan tho.  Have a horrendous headache as well.....probably because the musculature on the entire right side of my head and neck is in spasm.  UGH. 

Verizon F-up # 265.  Last week they shut down my billers phone.  I went to straighten it out and they claim its been disconnected since December.  I didn't even know we had problems with the account until January AND how do they explain "its been shut off snice 12/12/07" when we were billed for 508 minutes last month to that number? I swear they randomly make this shit up.
