Strong head wind; 27:50 at split. small pain under left knee. Has been there since I has a small cramp a week ago. Good news is my foot pain is gone since the layoff for surgery, I guess not all bad.
Up in heart rate. Good sweat.

Good swim workout. I am filling in the workout as I can until the IM 20 week starts. Starting to get back to before surgery levels.(January times)
PB 50yrds at 40 seconds.

Indoor trainer:
Today I got up to ride and it was very weird. I got on the bike for about one hour and my hr was lower than normal. I was getting a good sweat but hr was at 105. I usually hist 120's easy and work out in the 130-140 range.
Stopped for 10 minute and got back on. The same thing. After another 30 mins it felt better. Never had this happen before?
Target is above 120 for bike.
