10K PR!!!! By over three and a half minutes!! And with hills! I am REALLY sore though. My left calf has a sharp pain, and is really hurting. But I'm going to RICE tonight. I came in fourth in the class (out of 63).

Good class run today. Felt a lot better. Still some shin splints going on, but not too bad. Just wanted to keep it nice and steady.
