At the cottage last week... didn't do any training at all! I only have 6 days to go and I just bought new running shoes yesterday. I'll do some strength training tonight and run 10km tomorrow. Time is flying and I'm getting nervous and excited. I checked out the swim location and was slightly intimidated by the waves and cold water (I don't have a wetsuit)... I definitely need to do a long swim this week, but I'll take it easy the last few days leading up to the event.
