rest day... maybe a light jog later.. going in for a massage this afternoon.. to work that tight pinch in my left shoulder.. keeps starting to numb my entire arm and tingling after hour or two on the bike.. need it to go away...!

TURTLE will replace the sunday stuff... we will see how I feel on sunday.. as I would still like to get in a nice long LSD run before the week is up.. hope the TURTLE Lake isn't algae infected like it was last year.. yuk....

until I actually started running.. i was just dreading the thought of running.. I took a nice afternoon snooze from 3-5... bummed it most of the day.. did a bit of paperwork..and surfed the net.. flipped the channels a few times.. ate some food.. muchies...
I bot some more toys for my truck.. so I can take my kayak out.. got a yakima bowdown kayak carrier... will drive over to lino lakes and kayak round there.. i think since I have nothing better to do between training sessions.. doh!

fternoon...
really hot out.. but a dry heat... wolfed a full 20oz while running.. same old route.. 56".. walked 5" before sitting down... nice an cool inside..
really worried about the distance and total IM now... still cant fathom all that in one day.. even though I have done the full bike and swim.. its the 26 mile run that gets me... maybe I need a few 20 milers to make me feel more confident.. cause my head it playing games with my gut.. and its starting to get to me...

... totally unmotivated today... its 1:20PM...prolly need to get out on the road huh.... ok.. ive guilted myself enough.. im off ... washed my dirt bug ridden suv today.. it was looking more and more like a REAL SUV.. but now its back to clean.. and looks like every other SUV in the cities... I also got my new iphone and put my old iphone on ebay today.. hope it sells...

AM...going to forgoe the bike ride today for another lsd run... looks like some t-storms.. and I dont want ot be stuck 60 miles from home in ugly t-storms... plus I just dont have ANY motivation to bike today... the 3rd day of running will also be good for the running endurance.. which I need.... hope I can squeeze out a nice distance today... the rain will feel good no doubt.
seem to be losing weight last few weeks despite the massive eating... im down to 186 this morning.. usually around 190-192.. almost a full 10 lbs since april.
