Today was NYC, WOW. Even if I am disappointed with my time it was still a hell of an experience :)

Today's the big day, I trained for this day for the last 4 or 5 months. I am pre blogging this, but I can assure that I am already nervous. I can't imagine when I will be waiting on the starting line. I will be back in Quebec late tomorrow night so I won't update before Tuesday morning. Cya there friends, and thanks for stopping by to cheer me up. This is really appreciated :)

Walking around NYC once again ... I just don't listen to myself. I should have stayed at the hotel and relax, but I wanted to see NYC :)

I received an email from the NYC marathon organisation this morning. They will have a race day tracker also if people prefer to follow us on the web site instead of by email. As of now the page is not available yet but it should be on Nov 1st. The marathon will also be broadcast on NBC Sunday afternoon, but I am intelligent enough to know that I won't be on television, except if I run a two hours and some minutes mary ;)

A 5km just to move the legs ... I feel like I have pain everywhere ... damn head is playing with me

No swim for me today, I decided to stay in bed and rest. I think I will need as much rest as I can get for Sunday.

I will run after work, something like 5 or 6km to move the legs a bit
