Where did spring go (25 degrees and flurries on that one). Miles, 2, 4, 6-7, 9, and 11 were below half mary pace.
Overall that went pretty good. Heart rate was a little higher than I would like. Hoping it was the cold weather.

Awesome swim. All of the 100s were below 1:40; fastest were 1:35 (2cd and 3rd 100) slowest were 1:39 (13th and 14th hundred).
