OH YEAH Baby I did it!!!!
Antelope Island 50K (32 mi) trail run. My first 50K is under my belt and looking for another one to do. Over 5000 feet of vertical gain and lose. What an amazing run awesome views of the Great Salt lake and Wasatch mountain range with their snow covered peaks.
