Well I guess you can say I am consistent. I felt great in the pool today, I fully expected to do the first set of 200's on about 3:10-3:20, when I did the first under 3 I thought it was a fluke. But I stayed with it and did not feel like I was pushing at all, just felt so smooth today in the water.
Rice easy run, w/ 6x0.1mi strides to finish. NIce to get out and moce the legs, took it nice and easy and just cruised.

Good swim, but shldr had been bothering me, so I decided to cut the swim short. OTherwise felt okay in the water and while swimming didn't notice shldr at all.

Village Spot Marathon.
Wow was it windy (that really doesn't describe it). The winds were sustained at about 20mph and gusting up to 50, so it was tough. Head wind for about the first half and then finishing the last 3 miles into the wind. The last 3 miles into the headwind was a definite moral crusher!! However, this was a PB for me by about 30'. I really think I could have broken 4 hrs if not for the wind. But you have to take what the day gives you and this is by far my most comfortable marathon yet!!
