outdoor run. Felt pretty good considering the time of day.
Lets just say that I HATE a taper week. I feel like a big fat sloth! But I must say that I know I will be well-rested for Sunday! Today, I plan on going on a 50 minute run. Tomorrow is a travel day. Saturday I plan to do a short 30 min, loosen the leg run, Then viola- it's Sunday!!
