Slept in today... just feeling run down a bit. Running tonight before prepping wheels and heading out for TT.
7:45pm: Run done, now time to celebrate the Lifes of Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson by drinking PRB's and watching a Tranny show... they'd be so proud.

PR of 16mins and I hit all my goals... swim was mucho faster... current was crazy!
I met the Mayor of D.C. post race today, asked him how the race went compaired to last week. He said I should come do Nationals Tri but I said I had another race and it was sold out anyway and he goes "Don't worry, I'll get you in" hahaha sweet connection, now lets see if I can hold him up to it! Anyone have the email to the Mayor of D.C.? haha
Team EC results:
Harvey Gayer: 2:20 winning the Clydesdale division
Lindsey Walsh: 2:46, a 35min PR from the same race 2 years ago and 6th in the 20-24F division.
Mare: Solid swim and bike and hitting/going below her goals before struggling on a hot run course.
