CF: Bench for one rep max. Warmed up with various weights/reps then hit 90 X 1 (previous PR) and then 95 X 1 (new PR) then colossal fail at 100#. Hahahahaha! Good day though. We were supposed to do "Nancy" which is running and OHS and it harrrrd and we just couldn't today.

Frustrating. Working on a better, more consistent hook grip. And on not having my feet land 3' wide.

Also, worked on chest to bar pull ups. Got one, and did 3 X 1 at a time shoulders to bar pull ups (in attempt to get chest to bar)

Then 10 down and backs (b-ball court) on the :45

I did all kipping pull ups so it was good. Only Becky was faster so it was bad. Time was 17:28.
