Had a really hard time today. Had to force myself to go to the pool, then to get dressed, then to get in the pool. With each hundred I was thinking, well, I could get out and go home now....
It was a real struggle, so I'm very proud that I even finished. It's been a hard week. Lots going on.

HR Level 4 for 6 minutes
east for 1 minute
Held about 19mph on the hard intervals.
Then held above 17mph after the intervals to finish out the 20 miles. Good job!
BRICK
Knees felt very bad at the start after riding on the trainer hard.
Felt better and better.
Not too mentally focused, but OK. Felt good about time.
