was going to train tonight but made the mistake of sitting down. Fell asleep in the chair and didn't wake up until 11:00 pm.

worked abs with cruntches, russain crunches and alternate leg cruches. leg work out with leg raises, front kicks squats. pushups for upper body. I am slowly working in more excercises. Also did ome weight work as I passed the weights in the garage.
Good stretch once finished the workout. Tomorrow back to the hard core running biking and swimming.

felling much better today. I think I might have need that long sleep to cathc up a bit. Still have a pretty good cough ging on but that should clear up soon.

missed training today. very tired and felt rotten. Went to bed and 8:30 PM and slept through to 5:15am next morning.

Had a great ride. Beautiful weather and my back didn't bother me until about the last 5K. Even then it wasn't bad at all. The ab work seems to be helping already. Don't know what the time was as I didn't check the time before I left and didn't put my watch on.

spent the morning hauling cement into the back yard by wheelbarrow for a patio I am building. Good strength workout. My back is pretty stiff right now. After dinner watched "the Dark Knight" and di 1/2 hou r of abs core legs and arm workout. Also finally got my weights set up in the garage. Now I can really do some weight training on the off days.

July 3

had a funeral this morning. Sad but he had lead a full life. Full day at work after then to my SIL for supper. No workout for me.
