I just purchased a swimsuit for tomorrows race.   I decided that I don't need to wear 3 raggedy old suits with considerable drag.  It is the first swim suit that I have purchased in ten years.  :O

The race is the Emerald City OWS and my new swimsuit is green.  :)

I want to get a Renovo Bike...

I wound my way to the beach club and picked up some info. They have lasers! Then I continued my run up, around, and back home. The Rubus berries are very good...and such a nice orange color.

My hip is a little wonky.  I think that it is from the some of the uneven terrain on my run last night.
