Spent 2.5hrs doing more yard work then went for a nice run.
PT Session this morning. Knee is starting to feel better. Wants me to run twice before another session on Fri to see how it is responding. Going to start adding the PT to my blog as they have me doing several exercises that take about 20min (every day) and most of it is leg/hip strengthening.

Easy long run with my wife. We've been doing these now every Sat morning for a few weeks now and it has been nice. She gets to push herself a little more and it helps me slow down a bit.
We bought her the Garmin 110 b/c of it's simplicity and it works well for her but I can't get it to upload to BT. It shows up in the Garmin online software though.
