I was going to swim first but then it dawned on me once I got home that my pool is closed on Mon. Stupid me. Next closest pool is 30min away or more with traffic. Just did the run.
This run felt good. I pushed fairly hard but could've gone faster. This is a hilly route. Good to know for the race. My race route is 100% flat on crushed granite. I am expecting a good run and hoping for under 8min/mi.

Long run. Started too fast and ended slowly but avg'd right where I was hoping for. Came close to spraining my ankle. It was a crushed granite trail that had eroded in one part and right ankle started to roll but I caught it before it rolled completely. Got lucky. Would've been pissed if I sprained it a week before my race. Garmin still acting up and won't download. Gonna try a full reboot of it and see if that works, but will lose all my data.
One of the harder swim workouts I've ever done.
8 x 200y leaving every 4min
200 splits were 3:26, 3:27, 3:33, 3:33, 3:38, 3:41, 3:42, 3:38

All out 500y TT. Set PR by 9sec.
Easy 500y.
Quick change from pool into run clothes. Brutal run. Windy, legs were tired, hilly, stomach cramps...but got the distance I was shooting for.
