Withrow TT. Worked out well, but was windy. I'm glad with the overall outcome and my effort with respect to wattage and hr.
Did the legs and pullups and went really heavy... 590 on the leg press (is my math off? 12 x 45 lbs plates?)
Core 4 and 1 taking it easy on the stuff that works the lower back as it's still a bit strained

Took today as a rest day after the WIBA weekend workouts. Felt great to take it off and get recharged for Tue night Withrow TT. We'll see if the rest will payoff and how hard I can hammer the course:-)
