warm up jog before Crossfit. felt really good. legs felt strong today but wore down fast. mental focus isn't there for long run. I can tell in the first mile...
warm up then clean work. 2up's worked up to 175. Failed 185. hips didnt have the pop. Then a 12 10 8 6 4 2 of ring dips, vups and wbs. After a few months of cycling and some rest, wbs are really easy!

On spin bike. Pace is more or less correct. Just rode and listened to music. Felt good to get the legs pumped up. Hams still thinking about cramping when I pull. Can feel it on the outsides of my calf as well. Still, I feel better for having done it.
Still not back to normal. More of an awareness of overall fatugue than anything specific that hurts. Mental vacation time as well. hit the snooze a couple of times today. It is all good. I get a pass till next week. Would like to be a litle careful with my diet but that is slipping as well. Again, no worries. It will come back off once mary comes to town.
Wife likes quebec for a destination 70.3 next year. I am sold. After all, I am faster in meters.
Finding more energy for work. Wchich is good b/c it is needed.
Gonna spin easy at lunch. I really need to put my wheels back together and on to the bike. But I dont want to touch my bike right now. Kinda like the monday after too much tequila. last thing that you want to see is a margarita.

Back in CF class. Was told by coach to go 70%. But once the bell rings I cant regulate. The good news is that the main wod's were both sprints. One was 10 power cleans and 15 air squats 3rft took 2:36. The other was a 7min amrap of 5 burpees, 6 games box jumos and 7 toes to bar.
My results were about 70% of normal... But it felt good to be back in the swing.
Sleeping better. digestion better. Asking myself every 5 minutes if I feel like a light workout.
Last night I woke up in the middle of the night and felt really good about what I had accomplished last weekend. After falling short of my 26.2 time goals this year it was really nice to be satisfied with an "A" race result.
Feeling good about the result goes a long way to offset the post season letdown. That is something that I want to keep in my back pocket for the later stages of Cowtown in Feb. When I hit the wall, I stop caring what my finish time is. What I need to remind myself is that once the race is over, it is the result that you are left with. So lets do whatever we can to make it a result that we are happy to be stuck with.
