Today is a running rest day. Yippee! Tomorrow I've got a speed session, then Sunday the Williamstown half marathon. I have to sit down and work out what my goal for the race should be, I don't really want to race it per se, I want to run it at a consistent pace and try not to slow down considerably in the second half.
