Today is a running rest day. Yippee! Tomorrow I've got a speed session, then Sunday the Williamstown half marathon. I have to sit down and work out what my goal for the race should be, I don't really want to race it per se, I want to run it at a consistent pace and try not to slow down considerably in the second half.

First Bikram class. Holy hell, I've never sweated so much! Im not yet a convert, but I picked up an intro pass that lets me do unlimited yoga for the next 10 days, so I'll give it a crack.
