long day in the car today but made it home safe and sound. I found my Garmin ANT so I could upload the data from my garmin...i like to see each miles lap info when I look back just not overall pace so I can see if I stayed even key the entire run or faster at the beginning end etc so now i have to delete out the ones I manually added.
I already went to the gym tonight and I did end of month sales tax reports, got some of the payroll reports together for end of quarter/year and checked all the renewals and new members that were added while I was gone so hopefully tomorrow wont be too crazy. They were suppose to have my kitchen floor tiled by the time I got back but only started on the actual tile today and wont even have all the tile till Weds so it looks like my kitchen and house will be a complete mess im guessing till the end of the week? They are coming back tomorrow to lay what they have here then Tues afternoon will get the rest and lay it on weds...guessing grout on Thursday? Gonna suck....hope I can cook etc??? Will have to see in the am what they are gonna do when they get to the area of the stove....the fridge is pulled out but no tile down where it goes...subfloor is finished everywhere. Assuming they are cutting it outside but there is ALOT of dust and shit in the house....am sure pulling up the old floor and laying the sub floor caused alot of that as well. Have to get together rest of end of year payroll and stuff tomorrow and go to grocery store....I am not looking forward to getting on scale in the am but I think I had better do it. I'll be back on track tomorrow but will see how one bad week of crap eating but still having over 60 miles in running in can cause weight gain. Some will be water retention from the sugars i am sure and I really doubt I will go to Weight Watchers on Weds to weigh in....still gonna be unwinding and getting stuff back in order from being gone a week and leaving the day after christmas...have to do laundry put christmas away and all sorts of things and think that may stress me out more. I will weigh in officially with them next weds.

FREAKIN AMAZING!!!! Battery died on garmin at just over 7.5 hours and little over 28 mile point. Clock had me I think around 8:13 results should be posted tomorrow. Changed the time and the mileage but my lap data will only give me to where garmin died. Think Im gonna have to go for the 610? Have the old 310X but dont like the biggness about it anymore and got this 405 last year but dont like that it died on me.....trail was freaking crazy....will write more tomorrow right now i still have to SHOWER!! Came home and my tile in kitchen is finally done so I did have to mop it before I showered cause Im OCD like that....moved the kitchen table and chairs back in and put stuff in closet...have had everything in my family room all week and couldnt deal with that tonight nor in the morning when i got up. Also my clothes were so nasty I had to do laundry! Now to eat some more....man I feel like a garbage disposer!
Wish I knew what the elevation was...my garmin is showing ascent of 14,711 feet and descent of 14,236 feet. for 28.03 miles I dont have any stats on the last 3 plus miles and garmin in a forest area tends to be off? I know the first climb they said was over 600 feet in only about a half mile or so of trail....freaking crazy shit! And I got to do the loop twice!!!
