This was a real struggle. The humidity just before sunrise is usually the worst of the day but this morning was a lot worse than I can remember. It was also rather warm for this early.
I wanted to stay aerobic throughout this run and I also used some rpe as a guide to my effort. I tried at times to increase my pace, but I couldn't without my HR shooting up.

-First speed work in a long time. I felt pretty good.
-The weather is a lot better. Much less humid and a nice breeze.
One year ago today, I had my bike accident. Still can't believe I did an IM with a broken shoulder.
