A good solid pedal that will last for years (once you get the teflon cleats)

Great pedal for some one looking to upgrade from cages or mountain clips. I will be on these for a long time.

This is a good entry level pedal. I like them and will continue to use.

For the beginner triathlete who wants to make the switch to clipless pedals, the Keo Classic is just for you. It offers the same ease of clipping in and out as the rest of the Look Keo family, but it does so at Look's lowest spring tension. As with all the Keo pedals, they have a large platform and a low stack height to keep your feet comfortable on long rides. The Classic comes with gray floating cleats that allow 4.5 degrees of float. 140 grams/pedal
