The PaceWheel is a circular calculator that figures training paces for Aerobic Base Runs, Marathon-Pace Runs, Lactate Threshold/Tempo Training, VO2 Max Intervals, and Running Economy Reps. For less than $20 bucks, it's an awesome tool.

I could not swim one lap in the pool before buying this DVD. I really could not swim at all. After lots and lots of practice and running the drills shown in the DVD, I did teach myself how to swim via this video. In four months I have worked up to one mile and have completed three sprint tris. For someone who needs to learn how to swim, I highly suggest this video.
