Ease of use
Don't think it will get any easier. Recommend fit and lots of practice getting used to aero position.
Comfort
Stock seat was better than I thought, although I have switched it out for an Adomo seat.
Durability
Needed something sturdy for me and my 250lbs.
Value
You won't find a better a better value. Purchased mine on e-bay - one of those "last-year's" fire sales

Love the Blue color

Performance
While not the most advanced Tri bike out there it's a great purchase for those looking to transition from a road bike.
Strengths
Can't find a better entry level tri bike for the price. You can save several hundred dollars and have a VERY nice bike.
Weakness
May want to upgrade some of the stock parts, but it's not required or necessary to be race ready

Ease of installation
No extra's needed to get started. Some may like to upgrade brakes, but they have been fine for me.
