Ease of use

super quick to put on in transition. ez adjust laces are great.

Quality of Construction

so far they've held up well, though I don't use them as everday trainers.

Fit

a little longer than standard running shoe size, maybe order a 1/2 size smaller than normal.

very comfortable to wear sockless, enough cushioning for runs 5 miles and under, have not tried them on longer runs.

only time will tell, but so far so good.

got them on sale @ runningwarehouse.com, can't beat $60 for a decent running shoe.

Performance

shoes 'feel' fast (not sure how else to describe it). Easy to run on mid-foot, lightweight, decent race shoe for bigger runners.

Strengths

easy on/off, comfortable to wear sockless, lightweight, good cushioning this type of shoe.

they seem to run a little big
