Performance

Similar to Gatorade with a greater sodium/potassium ratio.

Strengths

After struggling to recover I switched from Gatorade to Powerbar's Endurance drink after a doctor recommended I increase my sodium intake.

Weakness

Taste. It has a weak taste, which is fine from some, but not strong enough for others. I have grown to like it and especially during races when others that have stronger tastes seem to be overbearing.
