Ease of use
It's a bike...its as easy to use as any bike. If you're in good shape, it's easy. If not, it's not. Duh.
Quality of Construction
Massively durable construction. Rides like a tank, speeds like a little road bike.
Fit
Shop fit me. It's perfect.
Comfort
Love it.
Adjustability
Nearly infinite, I would think.
Durability
Similar to quality of construction, it is like a tank.

Excellent, I thought.
Appearance
I like it... not everyone will. I had the shop use red bar tape and put on a red bottle cage. With the pale green frame and red lettering...it looks like it was manufactured for use by the Russian Military in the 80's.
Customer Service
Shop was great. No idea about Bianchi.
Performance
Love it... it is perfect for what I use it to accomplish
Strengths
Rides like a very durable mountain bike, indestructable like a tank, agile and fast like my road bike, and is just perfect as a commuter bike.
Weakness
It's heavy...especially after I added the fenders and the rack.

The shop fit it, adjusted it, and built it up for me. Easy for me...hard for them.
