Ease of installation

Very easy. Just plug in the ANT stick and it picks up your data automatically.

It took me a few tries to figure out how to customize the windows on each page for each sport, but once I knew how it was really easy.

Quality of Construction

Solid watch, but I worry about the long term durability of the strap. At least they included an extra one, seems like they see this coming.

Fit

I have a pretty small wrist, so the screen seems super big. The strap is very adjustable, but I find the screen to be annoying on the bike if my wrist is bent. It literally covers about 90% of the top of my wrist.

Comfort

As mentioned above, it gets a little annoying when my wrist is bent. Other than that it's pretty comfortable.

Fits on almost anything, including my handlebar without moving.

So far so good, haven't dropped it or scratched it on anything yet.

Value

This thing makes me want to train harder but in reality helps me train smarter. It keeps me from overtraining on recovery days! I'm already seeing a lot more improvement than I've ever had. It's fun to upload the data to Strava and compare myself to other local athletes.

Appearance

A little big for my taste, but it's pretty much inevitable for all the data you get. Those with regular size wrists won't notice such a problem.

Customer Service

I bought this at Lifetime Fitness, and they told me any problems could be taken care of through them. Apparently, Lifetime is a huge customer of theirs so Garmin has a lot of incentive to make things right.

Works as advertised!

Strengths

Biggest one is the incentive to train and see your data. If you're a nerd like me it's essential!

Weakness

I wish there was a box for it to display local time. Maybe there is... but I haven't figured it out.
