Ease of installation

Nothing out of the norm - easy to attach post to rails.

Ease of use

I was skeptical of the design, but had issues on long-distance TT rides and triathlons. The front cutout was immediately more comfortable.

Fit

I made fit adjustments per the suggestion of their website. It feels similar to other seats where the sitbones touch the saddle. When in the aero position, it feels much better. I was pleasantly surprised.

It has exceeded my expectations. I will be purchasing a second seat for my spin bike.

Appearance

I got over the different look, and since they are becoming more widespread, you see many more of them at races. In this case, comfort outweighs appearance.

Strengths

Comfort in the aero position.

Weakness

Some might be suspicious of the design as a gimmicky trend. I can attest to the fact that the ISM design works.
