"I really like using this when I race because I always feel as if I'm running more slowly than I really am, especially when other people blow past me. I have found that being able to get instantaneous feedback by checking my speed gives me a real confidence boost, and my run times have significantly improved with it. Well worth the money!"burner2

Very easy to set up, very intuitive. I didn't need to read the owner's manual to figure it out.

Super easy to use.

(5)

Seems to be very well made.

It looks like it should fit on wrists of just about any size.

(3)

It's a GPS watch, so it's bulky. It's not small and thin like a regular woman's watch.

(5)

Should fit just about anybody's wrist.

So far, it's stood up well to using when cross country skiing, road biking and mountain biking, and running in all kinds of weather.

(5)

It's a low-end GPS watch, so it doesn't have all the features of the more expensive ones, such as cadence or heart monitor, and it doesn't upload data to a computer. You have to enter your data yourself manually. However, it's exactly what I was looking for because I don't use the features of the higher end models. For the price, it's a great entry-level watch for someone with basic needs.

I like the magenta because it makes it easier to find when I misplace it.

I have not had any contact with customer service.

The display is easy to read, and the numbers are large enough that I can read them without having to wear my glasses when I run. I was a bit concerned that I wouldn't be able to get a GPS connection where I live (way, way off the beaten path in a rural mountain village hours from the nearest sizable community), but it connects right away. When I first got it, I ran a route I know well to see how well it tracked distance, and there was no noticeable delay; it seemed to be right on. The watch chimes at each mile and flashes the time it took to run that mile, which is really convenient. After my runs (or bike rides), I can my history and it gives me statistics mile-by-mile, as well as a summary of the total time, distance, and speed.

The strengths are the value for the money. If you are just looking for a basic, entry-level GPS watch, then you can't go wrong with this one. It's pretty accurate and easy to use.

I don't know if this is just my watch or if it's by design, but I can't tell the battery status. The status indicator always looks charged, but I've learned to put my watch on the charger after every time I use it because when it runs out, it runs out with no warning, and you lose your current data. However, if I charge it after every use, I have no issues.
