Return Policy

Our goal is to have happy and satisfied customers. If by chance you need to return an item please review the following return guidelines:

Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund provided that the item is returned in original packaging and tags and un-used condition with proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment on all returns being sent back to BeginnerTriathlete.com . If you would like to exchange the item you have returned, or have a general question please contact us via service@beginnertriathlete.com.  

*Due to health concerns we are unable to accept any returns of nutrition, supplements or consumable food products.

**We will not accept returns on 'Clearance' items.
