GETTING A TRAINING
LOG
- Just simply sign-up at the 'TriSpot'
- the forum that serves the members of beginnertriathlete.com
- Read the detailed
instructions in the 'Training
Log' forum.
- Configure your 'User Presets' from
your 'Control Panel' link in the forum, then go to 'Edit Your Training
Settings'
- START LOGGING! Just go to the
link 'Training Log' at the top of the forum screen after registering.
Most features are very simple and intuitive to use. If any
questions, post them in the 'Training Log' forum and our support staff
will quickly answer them.
UPGRADES/NEW
FEATURES
About every 3-4 months we add more
features to the logs based on user input.
We plan to add 'Planned Training'
followed by more detailed nutrition logging plus a lot of other goodies.
