Extreme Veteran 556 | Subject: RE: Spectator Goodie Bag Ideas Small cowbell. At NJ State Oly last year, they gave out little cowbells in their goodies bag. Don't know how much they cost, but my girlfriend loved it. |

5x Ironman spectator, and I can say that this list is perfect! It's a long day out there for everyone, and this would be an amazing bag to get! |

Amazing list! I will also add that when people from Texas came to Kentucky to spectate for me, I also bought them small ice chests and folding chairs they could carry. I wanted to make sure they had cold drinks and something to sit on. |
