"I am submitting this review for the company as a whole because their customer service is extraordinary. I bought an Adamo saddle in late August, after just a couple of long rides, the seat cover began to separate from the padding. I contacted Adamo expecting a big hassle as the website said I would need to mail the seat to them on my dime, they might replace it, etc. I was astounded at how easy the process was. I took a picture, sent them the info, and boom - new seat is on the way immediately. no hassle, I don't pay, and they are sending me a label to send them the defective saddle on their dime. Too bad is was faulty, but these things happen - as clearly Adamo recognizes and didn't make me pay even more on top of the multiple benjamins for the saddle. refreshingly awesome in their customer service. they get my Heisman of tri supply companies.
