ate lots of bananas and raisin bread and pasta previous day and didn't work out, got up early, had some eggs and more bananas

race was draft legal, I was not fast enough to draft so I was on my own most of the race, the draft packs were passing me, the time was probably fast for me

train a little more, learn to draft, drink more from water bottle

was very hot and tired, ran best I could, but not hard, had trouble keeping cool, kept counting down the number of KM's until the finish, considered walking part, but kept going

not wear a hat, learn to drink while running

fun race for first triathlon, definitely a challenge!
