Couldn't breath, was freaking out a bit. Felt like suit was blocking air. Couldn't blow bubbles underwater!

learn to swim in open water!

Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster:

the swim really threw me off/ made me feel crappy about the whole race. I was bummed that I had done so badly in the swim even though I know I'm able to swim that far. I neglected to drink after the swim - I was really upset, and didn't bring water with me on the bike. Didn't put on sunscreen either, although the burn was surprisingly not too bad.
