Pre-race routine:

Drive to site. Left at 4.50am and got there around 6am. Ate nothing. Got some people to take picture of me as i was alone.

This event has a nice run. My heart monitor does not seem to work like it used to. It was cold out i wore arm warmers.
My bib broke and i had to stop to fix it for about 20-30 seconds.

I got stuck at the train crossing for 3 mins. Did this one on my Kestral..I got that bad boy up to 28mph on the flats with the wind behind me!
What would you do differently?:

Try and beat the train. I heard it coming and tried to beat it but no luck. I lost alot of hard work. I did not let it mess my day up. Lots of wind and i did alot of overtaking as i was in such a low wave.

Stayed for Trophies this time. Gave my French Toast to a dog. Ate some fruit cheese and crackers.
